These Terms of Service explain how Roast & Roll provides technical support and engineering services. By engaging our services, you agree to these conditions.
01 Service Scope
We provide repair, installation, maintenance, and calibration for commercial coffee equipment. The exact scope of work is determined by the specific requirements of your equipment and site conditions.
02 Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are based on initial information. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional faults are discovered, extra parts are required, or site access is restricted during the technical visit.
03 Site Requirements
Customers must provide safe access to the equipment and ensure utilities (water and power) are available. Call-out charges may apply if access is not provided at the agreed time.
04 Parts & Liability
We recommend original or compatible high-quality parts. We are not liable for business interruption or indirect losses resulting from equipment failure or supplier delays.
